Cancellation policy

Monthly subscriptions

When you choose a monthly subscription for a gift box, your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Your payment method is charged according to the plan and price shown at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout. Choosing a one-time purchase does not start a recurring subscription.

Manage or cancel your subscription

Sign in to your customer account using the email address used for your subscription order. Open My subscriptions, select your subscription, and choose the available option to cancel, pause, or skip an upcoming order. Complete the steps shown and check that the change is confirmed.

To stop the next recurring charge, cancel before your next scheduled billing date. You can view your next order date in your subscription details. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged.

Orders already charged

If a charge has already been made, contact us promptly about that order. Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund policy.
