Shipping options and available rates are shown during checkout. Because many Pumpkinvine Creek items are handmade or personalized, production time can vary by product and order size.

If you are ordering for a holiday, event, closing date or other deadline, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm availability and timing.

Personalized orders

Please review names, dates, wording and artwork carefully before submitting your order. Custom artwork may need to be simplified or adjusted for engraving, printing or other production methods.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping. The product page will describe what files or download access are included.

Questions or order issues

If you receive an item that is damaged or does not match the order you placed, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page with your order information and photos when helpful. For personalized items, please contact us before sending anything back.
